Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and jiliwn ("jiliwn," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiliwn.net. By accessing the jiliwn platform, creating a player account, or using any service offered through jiliwn.net, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account. jiliwn employs technical and administrative controls to detect duplicate account registrations. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, jiliwn reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close those accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

Account Security

In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jiliwn support without delay via the live chat function on this site. jiliwn will investigate the matter but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

All transactions made through your account, including bets placed and deposits made, are presumed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jiliwn of a security breach prior to those transactions occurring.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the jiliwn platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliwn accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your jiliwn account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jiliwn is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems or telecommunications network outages. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the successful completion of KYC verification. jiliwn targets a processing time of one to three hours for GCash and Maya withdrawals during normal operating conditions, though this is not a guaranteed service level. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jiliwn account holder.

jiliwn does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on their winnings under Philippine tax law.

Bonuses and Promotions

Players found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent account closure.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jiliwn platform are governed by the specific rules of each game as provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay, and these Terms shall govern all account-related matters.

Slot games and RNG-based table games on jiliwn use certified Random Number Generator technology. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are disclosed by the game provider and are available in the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or software error during a game round, jiliwn's decision on the outcome of the affected round shall be final. jiliwn is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control, including internet service interruptions on the player's end.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliwn platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one jiliwn account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using any bot, script, automated software, artificial intelligence tool, or macro to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated wagering on live dealer games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or undisclosed vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliwn platform, including but not limited to the jiliwn brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of jiliwn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliwn platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written consent of jiliwn.

Any unauthorized use of jiliwn intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliwn's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their jiliwn account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliwn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jiliwn platform or any game.
• Technical failures, server errors, or network outages beyond jiliwn's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Decisions made by jiliwn in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or fund withholding.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling on the platform, including but not limited to losses from slot games, live dealer games, and sports betting.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiliwn's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
